I will echo the previous comment, and say Ted Knight was a comic genius. Narrator of the Superfriends ("Meanwhile, at the Hall of Justice..."), hilarious news anchor, and I even loved him on Too Close for Comfort.

He was always so good at what he did. He made a clueless glib blowhard sympathetic and that can't be easy.
